Consulting, Ingle Safari Realty, LLC (January, 2008 - Present), Lake Charles, Louisiana. -Work on a consulting basis regarding the company's accounting, internal controls, and taxes.
-Perform IRC Section 1031 tax deferred exchange consulting for personal clients and other agents.
-Analyze financial statements and tax returns to determine debt service capacity, enterprise value and marketability of small businesses.
-Market and structure commercial deals to meet investors' and small business owners' best interests.
